Frequently asked questions

1. Can I pre-order my favors?

​

Definitely! All we need you to do is tell us when you would like to book and we will have you set up. Paying your deposit or full payment is more than fine.

2. How does the design work?

​

Once you have made your selections for your chosen favor and placed your order, we will make a design just for you. We custom make each design so expect your proof to arrive within 24-72 hours. WE NEVER GO TO PRINT UNTIL YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE DESIGN

(please check your emails after placing the order to receive your proof).

3. How much does delivery cost?

​

Your goods will be delivered on the requested date, time, and place previously confirmed. We want you to be happy, therefore if an order is needed sooner please email us at  justafavorbda@gmail.com to do so.

All orders are delivered island-wide with the following

-Minimum 1 dozen favor bags/boxes

- Weddings or Christenings

- Special Offers

Any orders smaller than 12 bags/boxes must be picked up, except for patrons in the Hamilton Parish.

4. Can I use my own design?

​

Of course! All we need is a JPEG, Ai, or PSD file and we will then send you the artwork proof.

5. I have my own filling, can you supply your products empty?

​

We can. Get in touch and we can give you a price.

​

6. Is there any extra charge for requesting a custom design?

​

Yes. There is a small design fee that will be included in your quote if needed.

7. Can I pick up my favors?

​

Yes.

 

​

8. Can I order a sample?

​

Yes. However, there is a $20 sample charge per item.

We use previous swing tags, stickers, etc as close as we can to your chosen design.
